Even in such a user-friendly and transparent commercial solution like ambiPRO you may encounter some questions.

To solve different problematic situations that you may experience we have established the ambiPRO Support Service.

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 till 12:00 and 13:30 till 17:30

General tips and notes for optimal program application and system management – by e-mail, fax, letters or newsletters.
Discounts for ambiPRO expansions (e.g. upgrade) and training courses
Contract partners have direct access to the download section where different expansion packs can be loaded.
From May we have started an overall Knowledge Base where you can find not only answers on the FAQ’s but also a case study of specific related subjects. The database is available only for the contract partners.
